Lumi Wallet
The ability to create free EOS accounts
We’ve said it a couple of times before and we really mean it: our team is dedicated to becoming an integral part of the EOS ecosystem. And since our mission is to make blockchain and crypto easy for everyone, we’ve decided to give away 2700 accounts and help beginners (as well as all others) get all the advantages of EOS, hassle-free. Lumi Wallet users won’t have to pay even the smallest fee – just download the app and create your free account.
Integration with dapp.com, releasing a native dapp browser and adding ETH dapp support
If you’ve tried out our Lumi Collect app already, you know what the dapp browser is all about. Basically, it’s like your average mobile browser, but integrated with the wallet app, it allows you to also interact with dapps. With the help of our friends and partners from Dapp.com, a well-known and trusted platform to discover and analyze ranked dapps, Lumi Wallet will be able to offer Ethereum dapp support.
Integration and full support of EOS-based tokens
The second step on the road to full EOS acceptance will be to list EOS-powered tokens. There are a lot of ambitious EOS-inspired projects out there, but not too many wallets that support their tokens. Once we’re done with listing, Lumi Wallet users will be able to use their EOS accounts for EOS token airdrops and safely store their assets.
Moving to the open source model
Rethinking your operational model and going open source often comes as a hard fought and extremely important decision that every mainstream crypto project has considered at least once. A couple of months ago, we came to an understanding that the advantages of the open source model are worth all the work. We want to build trust and grow a bigger and stronger community, and are ready to accept the open source challenge.
Launching EOS dapps support
The third step towards fully integrating the EOS blockchain to Lumi Wallet is to add EOS dapp support. This will allow our users to interact with all kinds of EOS-powered dapps, from games and gambling to decentralized exchanges and social networks.
Introducing a voting system for EOS block producers
Finally, we scheduled the introduction of a voting system to Lumi Wallet users. Anyone involved with EOS will have the ability to cast their votes within our wallet in favor of the Block Producer of their choice.
Lumi Collect
Native dapp browser integration and partnership with Opensea.io
A new version of our in-app browser will be released. The native browser will allow you to interact with all kinds of dapps faster and more efficiently. Moreover, we have already partnered with Opensea.io, the largest marketplace for crypto collectibles, and soon our users will be able to use Lumi’s browser to interact with all 91 Opensea compatible dapps effortlessly.
Adding support for more than 20 new games
The bigger the choice of games you have, the happier we are! Lumi Collect will add more than 20 trending games so our users will be able to play any of them on their mobiles as well as store and manage new NFTs in one place. Feel free to contact us and let us know what games you would like to see in Lumi.
Moving to the open source model
Not just the original wallet, but all Lumi products will become open source, and Lumi Collect is no exception. We believe that transparency and openness are among the most crucial factors that are driving the crypto sphere in the first place. And so we’re joining the movement.
Lumi WEB Wallet
Listing 900+ ERC20 tokens
Since we’ve released our client-side (which means, more secure) Lumi Web Wallet, we started working on making it full-featured as well. And listing over 900ERC20 tokens is only the first step towards this goal.
Mnemonic support and import
Going forward, we’re aiming to add mnemonic support and offer our users the ability to import their existing wallets via the backup phrase.
Integrating an in-wallet exchange
An in-wallet exchange is what contributes to a better user experience since you don’t need to trust your funds to any third parties, nor waste your time figuring out the easiest way to exchange your funds or buy tokens. You can do everything almost immediately in Lumi Wallet, in just a couple of clicks, with no KYC required.
Moving to the open source model
Lumi Web Wallet will eventually go open source, just like all the other products by Lumi Technologies.
EOS support
And the final step this year for Lumi Web Wallet will be adding EOS support so the coin will be successfully listed in all versions of Lumi.
Localization For All Products
Moreover, we want to become comprehensible and make perfect sense to all our current and future community members. We’re localizing all our products, one by one. Our goal is that every single user, regardless of their language or location, will be able to use our wallets comfortably.
Contacts
Going open source and simultaneously working on upgrading our existing products can seem overwhelming sometimes. That’s why we encourage all projects that want to work together to drop us a line and share their ideas on the possibilities of mutual assistance.
