It’s been one and a half years since our team launched the option to buy crypto with a bank card. Since that time, we have processed hundreds of thousands of transactions and improved this feature by adding different fiat currencies for our users around the world for a more convenient time purchasing. Now, it’s time to move on and expand the purchase function. Starting from December, iOS users will be available to purchase crypto via Apple Pay.

Apple Pay now available in Lumi as new payment method on iOS

Having dealt with crypto for more than 3 years, we’ve discovered that we as crypto providers should offer our clients the simplest decisions possible. Additional KYC procedures are often annoying and make the crypto purchase procedure complicated and a struggle, especially for newcomers.

iOS users need not worry any longer, as our team integrated Apple’s payment system into the app and made crypto purchase easier than ever before. It’s a simple solution to buy crypto with a bank card that already exists in the Apple wallet account. No more filling data or passing KYC registration. Enter the required amount and confirm payment, that’s all.

The Apple payment system will be available to users from more than 60 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and others. The entire list of countries and regions where Apple Pay will be available is published here.

Our team believes that this step will open access to an alternative purchase option for hundreds of thousands of our users around the world and this is a part of the company’s strategy to optimize and improve the usability of the application.
